Okonomiyaki is a Japanese dish originating from Kansai, Osaka. Often described as a “Japanese-style pizza”, this delightful dish is a must-try for all. It is then grilled a la minute, slathered in Worcestershire sauce as well as mayonnaise and topped with bonito flakes. For the yakisoba, Tsuruhashi Fugetsu works in tandem with a factory in Singapore to ensure they are made accordingly to the brand’s traditional recipe.
The result is a super crispy exterior with a fluffy inside. The pancakes are also served the traditional Japanese way — atop individual teppanyaki plates. This ensures that the pancakes remain sizzling hot throughout the entire enjoyment.
